We couldn't be happier that we reached out to Donna for help with training our new puppy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with the instruction we needed to get our pup, Kat, on the right track to becoming a great, well-behaved family pet. She does an excellent job of tailoring each training session to your dog's individual needs. The instruction cards she provides are invaluable in helping to remember the commands and/or steps practiced in each session. Donna is always open to answering questions and is happy to recommend her favourite treats, products, etc. at our request. Kat has made great progress in only a few training sessions with Donna. She is able to follow different commands and has learned to confidently socialize with other dogs thanks to the opportunities provided by Donna as part of her services (i.e. organizing play sessions with other dogs at private off-leash parks). She provides excellent feedback and is genuinely invested in helping you to achieve whatever goals you might have for your pet. We will be continuing to reach out to Donna for training, socializing opportunities and advice as she consistently goes above and beyond for her clients ...and, of course, Kat has grown to love her!
